What services do you offer?
We provide full-service interior design, which means we handle the details from initial concept to final installation. That includes space planning, sourcing furniture and décor, renovation consultation, and coordinating with contractors. Whether you need a single-room refresh or a full-scale home transformation, we tailor our approach to your space, your style, and your lifestyle.
Can you work within my budget?
Yes. We believe good design is about problem-solving and creativity, not just big budgets. We work with you to create a realistic plan that delivers the most impact for your investment. That might mean mixing high-end custom pieces with well-made, budget-conscious finds or incorporating vintage and secondhand treasures that bring character while keeping costs in check.
Do you prioritize ethics and sustainability?
Every project we do reflects our commitment to mindful sourcing. We prioritize local makers, vintage and secondhand finds, and vendors who share our values for environmental responsibility and ethical labor practices. This approach reduces waste, supports small businesses, and ensures that the story of your home is one you can feel good about telling.
Where do your politics fit into your work?
Design is personal, and so are our values. We believe in protecting people and creating inclusive, welcoming spaces. We proudly support the LGBTQIA+ community through our sourcing and vendor relationships, and we choose not to work with companies that conflict with our core beliefs about equality, human rights, and social justice.
How long will my project take?
Design done well takes time. We approach each project as a marathon, not a sprint, because rushing often means compromising on quality or vision. We will be clear about your project’s timeline from the start and keep you updated as things progress. The result is worth the wait.

What is your return policy?
We understand that investing in your home is a big decision, and we take every step to make sure the pieces we choose together are a perfect fit for your space. Many of the items we source are custom-made, handcrafted, or ordered specially for you. Because of this, most orders are final sale once placed.
Here’s how we handle returns:
Custom, made-to-order, and specially sourced pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. We always confirm details with you before ordering so there are no surprises.
Ready-made, non-custom pieces may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, depending on the supplier’s policy. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can work with the supplier to repair, replace, or refund it.
All returns must be approved through Rook Interiors before being sent back.
We do everything possible to make sure your selections are perfect before we place the order so that when it arrives, it feels like it has always belonged in your home.
Where do you find your products?
Every item in Rook Haus is handpicked by us from a network of trusted suppliers, independent makers, and skilled artisans. We focus on pieces that meet our standards for quality, longevity, and style, while also aligning with our values around ethical production and thoughtful design.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Timelines can vary depending on the specific item, the supplier’s stock, and shipping routes. Some pieces are ready to ship right away, while others may take several weeks or months if they are made to order. When you place an order, we will give you a realistic delivery estimate and keep you updated along the way.
How does shipping work?
Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a separate shipping invoice along with your final delivery timeline. At that point, if the budget or the timeline does not work for you, you can cancel your order without any fees. We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase before it leaves our suppliers.
Do you stand behind the products you sell?
Yes. We choose pieces because we believe in their quality and craftsmanship. If something arrives damaged or defective, we will handle the issue directly with the supplier to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
